Imogen I’m amazed by you.
I can’t believe the things you can do already!
You can count to 5, well 6 some days and more often than not in the right order.
You are developing an imagination, I love watching you play, you pretend to change and feed your dolls, you comb their hair and take them for walks around the living room in your trolley.
You love love love stickers, you don’t really seem to understand that once they are stuck to something you should leave them there and insist on removing and sticking somewhere else so often they lose their stickiness and end up stuck to nothing.
You love nursery rhymes, when I pick you up from Jackie’s after work the first words you say as I put you in the car are either “baa baa” or “row row”, when I put the cd on for you you say no until I find a track you like!
At the moment everything is either mummy’s or daddy’s, you delight in pointing to “mummy’s chair” and then “daddy’s chair”, anything you can separate into mummy’s or daddy’s.
Your favourite pudding at the moment is Jelly, you lean forwards closer to the bowl to make sure you don’t drop any ha ha
You are throwing things, hitting, scratching and pinching which we don’t like but it doesn’t appear to be anything different from any other kids, just a phase you all go through, daddy and I will be glad when it’s over though!
You want to walk everywhere now, you don’t like to be carried, you don’t like to be fed, and you pretty much try to do everything for yourself.
You can take clothes off but haven’t mastered putting them on yet.
You are very very pretty and yes I’m very very biased but I don’t care, you are my gorgeous girl and I love you so much, part of me cant wait to watch you grow up and the other part wants you to stay my little girl forever.
